Building in Whangamata? Getting the foundation right is everything. Blackhill Earthworks prepares level, compacted building platforms for new homes, sleepouts and garages (up to 100m2) - working dirctly with your builder to meet council reuirements and geotech specs.

Drainage works
Poor drainage causes costly problems. We install stormwater, subsoil and surface drainage systems for new builds and existing properties - correctly graded, correctly compacted the first time.

Driveways
We cut, form and prepare driveways that last. We know the terrain - sandy coastal soils, Coromandel slopes and soft ground. We work with the land, not against it.

Site clearing and earthmoving
Vegetation removal, topsoil stripping and final trims. Blackhill handles full site preparation for new build sections across Whangamata and the wider Coromandel.
